New York – Caroma®, the worldwide leader in high-efficiency, dual-flush toilets for commercial and residential use, will bring their water-conserving products and eco-friendly reusable booth to BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY 2011. Caroma will be located at booth #G445-G446, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City from March 30-31.

Serving the world’s largest real estate market, BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY educates building and design professionals on the latest innovations around green products, services and regulations. With extensive green focus on the latest technologies, LEED friendly options and sustainable products to help buildings become more resource efficient, meet new environmental requirements and attract new tenants, this world-class forum of innovation is peerless.

Caroma will have several products on display at BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY including: pop-up displays from its Invisi™ Series II Toilet collection, the Sydney Smart 305 1-Piece Toilet, the Somerton Smart 270 2-Piece Toilet and Caroma’s first, low-flow shower head – the Caroma Flow.
Caroma’s custom built, eco-friendly booth features high-pressure laminate display boards, Evonik Cyro ACRYLITE® acrylic products, and PureBond® Panels with formaldehyde-free hardwood plywood technology. The booth flooring is an EVA foam that is made from recycled material, and the pop-up displays are an eco-knit material that is made from recycled soda bottles. Although it’s common for companies to dispose of a booth post-show, Caroma has made the eco-conscious decision to re-use their booth at all trade shows.

“BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY always has its finger on the pulse of the most important green trends and technologies, making it a forum that is timely and relevant for Caroma,” said Derek Kirkpatrick, Caroma North American General Manager. “The forum’s focus on renovation, restoration, retrofit and maintenance options to keep existing buildings in top performance is particularly relevant to Caroma’s offering of high-efficiency products for such projects.”
